Rishi Ross
Chairman / Group Chief Executive Officer
Rishi graduated in Information Technology from Kumamoto University, Japan. He was Head of Performance Improvement of PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd before being involved in various operational excellence and transformation activities as a Master Black Belt LEAN Six Sigma in enhancing business efficiency and effectiveness across PETRONAS Group wide. He continued the journey in PETRONAS as Head of Planning & Stakeholders before be appointed as Head of Tax Process Excellence where his role was to minimise the tax value leakage and ensure data integrity at source. Rishi had also held various technical, data analytics/management and senior management positions for the past 25 years with MNCs in Malaysia, Japan and Sweden. He was instrumental in key business results through strong collaboration with stakeholders.
Ruby Rahman
Managing Director
Ruby Rahman joined INFRA PANTAS as Managing Director in March 2024. She previously held a variety of positions in Corporate and SME segments, along with leading business strategy and development at a few major financial institutions including United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd, Affin Islamic Bank Berhad, HSBC Amanah Bank Berhad, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank Berhad (SME Bank) and CIMB Bank Berhad. With more than 23 years of solid experience in the Finance industry, both local and MNC environment, she carries with her a diverse customer facing roles involving revenue generating responsibilities as well as operations. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Management and Master in Business Administration (MBA), both from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
Faisal Zahini
Head of Finance
He holds a Diploma in Business Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. He brings extensive leadership experience across government-linked, corporate, and multi-industry environments. He began his career as a Special Officer to the Minister at the Prime Minister’s Department, gaining strong exposure to public sector governance and strategic coordination. He subsequently held senior executive and board-level roles, including Director and Chief Executive Officer positions within the furniture and marine industries, as well as advisory roles for cooperative and institutional organizations. He also served as Head of Corporate Affairs in the renewable energy sector. He is currently the Head of Finance at Infra Pantas Sdn Bhd, overseeing financial strategy, governance, and corporate performance.
Razak Zaha
Technical & Digital Director
Business/Technical Analyst professional with 10 years working experience covering various industry & resources; IT Technical Support, Network Engineering services, provide technical & business-related training, application development, web development, search engine & social media marketing. Participated and delivered projects included JAKIM Darul Quran eKampus, Johor Port Access Management System, Business Reporting for Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) and few other projects under MOF, MOHR, RapidKL, MOSTI, CIMB Bank Berhad, TM Berhad and MOE.
